Tai Chi!
Welcome back to my blog.
Here today it is wednesday and for the wahine toa girls and the mauriora boys we have tai chi with our great teacher Mr Gordon.He teachers us some great moves that can calm us down whenever we are angry.I really enjoy tai chi because how we go in a circle where everybody talks about their positive things and there negatives things that have happened.
