Getting Ready 4 School!
Now it is time for me to be getting ready for school.

I already know that it is early but I want to go to school early to get ready for our technology day today.

We also have our picnic day going on today and I can't wait to do some team building activities with others.

I really enjoy getting ready today because how we have technology and I get to finish off painting my clock.

What I find chanllenging in technology is trying to design something on my clock but then I got the help from my friends into picking what I like which was a emoji face laughing with tries out.

Today the year 7 and 8 have there picnic day today at the point England reserve to do some building actives and I can't wait to contribute.

Waiwera Pools Trip Coming Up...

Waiwera pools trip coming up...

Today some students got given a permission slip about going to waiwera pools.The rest of the students got paper that said that they had to pay there technology fees which was $50.If we don't pay $50 than we can't get a permission slip for waiwera because how the $50 is for technology at Tamaki College.

I had never got any of the paper's but I will hope to ask the teachers for one of the waiwera pools because how I had already paid my technology fees and excited to be going to this trip.

I have already been to waiwera pools which was last year and I am so excited to be going to waiwera pools again for this year.

This trip is for the Kia Manawanui syndicate students only to attend with some teachers.

Tai Chi 2DAY!

Tai Chi 2DAY!

Today it is Wednesday and on Wednesday we have our tai chi lesson with our teacher Mr Gordon.It was only girls and 2 boys who had came and attended the lesson the reason why is because how the others got chosen to go to rainbow ends for the jobs they have here in Tamaki Primary just like:

1. Role portals
2. Student leaders
3. Fruit monitor
4. Milk monitor
5. P.E students

and other jobs.I did not get picked to go rainbow ends but I am really hoping I can go next year by trying to step up and be a student leader.

I really enjoy coming to tai chi because how I got to say my positive thing about this week and what my negative thing was.

My positive was that it is sunny today and my negative thing about this week is that the Tongans loss against England but I think they should of won with Andrew Fifita's goal in the last second.

What I found chanllenging was trying to say my positive and negatives because how I was to shy so I got threw it and did.

Movie Trip Coming Up...

Movie Trip Coming Up...

This Friday we have our movie trip coming up and we are going to watch a movie called Wonder.There is a book that had been created now the movie had been created.So wonder is a movie that I really would want to watch.

Why??

well let me tell you why the reason to that is because how I really enjoy listening to the book because how it tells people a reason to be kindful to each other even tho they are different.

Facts about wonder??

Wonder is about this little boy called August and August had just started 5th grade at his frist school.He has a older sister named Vea and Vea has a boyfriend called Justin.August is a little boy who looks different to others and he has been very scared to walk into school because how when August was born he had been born with a ugly face which had been different to others until he meet a new friend called Summer and Jack Will who are his two best friends.I am really excited and also looking forward into watching this movie because how it is all about KINDNESS like in the movie there is a quote that says when given the choice between being right or being kind choose kind and I think that is a powerful quote.

I am really looking forward into seeing that movie.

Picnic Day Tomorrow!

Picnic Day Tomorrow!

Tomorrow I can't wait after morning tea because how tomorrow the year 7 and 8's are going to be dropped off to point england reserve to do some team building activities and I can't wait to particpate and contribute with others in this team building activities.

I am also excited to be attending my technology since last week is the frist time missing out on technology and I am excited to be back to finish off my art work.

Tomorrow I can't also wait to play at the park with my friends and classmates.

Last week on Friday we had a sausage sizzle event happening and over $260 dollars was raised by the people who brought the sausage.

I am really looking forward into tomorrow.

IALT:reflect about my picnic day tomorrow.

Mauri Artwork!

Mauri Artwork!

In this block room 9 and 10 had to finish off our Mauri artwork.

What we had to do was:

On A4 paper provided, describe by using only signs and symbols to tell a story about the meaning of your ‘Mauri - sense of belonging’ in your context.

What I did was draw gisn and symbols of my:

1. Family
2. Culture
3. Church
4. Sports that I really enjoy playing.

I really enjoy doing this because how I got to draw lots of things and drawing is really one of the best interest I really enjoy doing and I also enjoyed being creative about my artwork when I draw it.

What I found chanllenging about this artwork was trying to draw sports but I got threw it and did my best so I was so proud of what it had looked like at the end.

So in my artwork I have drawn a:

1. Tongan flag with some patterns which had represent to my culture.
2. Sports-Basketball,volleyball,
3. Soccer and football as my interest in sports.
4. My church which represents as me and my family going to church on Sunday.
5. The last box had the number 7 as how many kids my parents have and then there is 2 faces which is my parents and on the bottom has our last name FIFITA.

I don't have my artwork because how it did not get to be taken as a photo just like the others.
