Fitness:Cross Country!
Here today I am going reflect about our cross country with Year 5,6,7 and 8.All this week we are going to do cross country just because how we have a team of year 5 and 6 to run a lap around the block where we have ran and the year 7 and 8 have to run 3 laps around it but this week we are just running 2 laps!Here is a reflection that I have wrote.Feel free to take a look but don't forget to comment below:
For fitness we did cross country.When we had to line up.Then Ms Komor had to ask the people who are walking to go and start first by walking.Then the rest just standed by the line and just waited until Ms Komor said go and then they went.Most people ran cause how they were in the cross country team and wanted to get to the other side on time for them to do another lap.After that there is just me and Akih who walked and jogged together until the end when our best friend Kensington told us that he came 3rd.Which he thought was really proud.
