Greetings and welcome back to my blog.

So on Friday to Tuesday kids have days off of school to celebrate the holiday of Easter when Jesus died for our sins.As you all know Easter is just not about having Easter Egg's it about celebrating our Jesus died for our Sins many years ago when he lived on earth with some other people.

Jesus died on the cross.

People had nailed his hand into the cross which made him hurt so bad.He also died with 2 other men which were sinners there self.Only one of the men went with Jesus to live up in heaven with God because how Jesus told them if they let their spirt be with Jesus then they will be in paradise and only one men listend which was the man on the right.

I very much think that Easter is very importan to celebrate because how it is to Thank Jesus who died for our sins because how everyone whoever lives in this world is a sinner.

Easter is on the 1st of April which was on Sunday Yesterday.

I discovered that many Christians around the world celebrates Easter and Jewish Christians were the frist people to celebrate this holiday.

LIFE AS A STUDENT LEADER!

What is a student leader?

A student leader is a responsible leader who show respects,kindness and also is a role model in showing people what to do right.A student leader is also a person who people can trust on and also a student leader is someone who change our school into a better place and enivorment with not pollution's,fights and other.

Why does the school need student leaders?

I personally think that all school's should have student leaders to be role models not just for the school but to other school's.It is also importan to have student leaders that can lead people into going to the right pathway which means learning what the good things that they are suppose to do.

What do you do as a student leader?

So as me as a student leader I contribute and particpate in people onions and also help lead them.I as a student leader is a person who contributes everyone in a team and also shows kindness,happiness and fairness to each and one of the people.

What do you love the most about being a student leader(2 Reason)

1. What I love most about being a student leader is having the opportunity to plan out things with my student leader peers.
2. I also like it when I get to have fun in helping out my teachers with what they need to work on or need to change to make it better.

I really enjoy doing this because how I got to talk about the life as a student leader which I personally think that I was not going to be pick because how I still had my confidence developing to the level I wanted it to be but I am very grateful that the teacher's,Principle Ms Kelly and Deputy Principal Ms Fepuial still chose me.

What I find chanllenging in the student council team is sometimes needing to build up my confidence which I think I can develop by the end of this term.

Something I need to work on is really my CONFIDENCE but I can develop that by just having faith in myself even tho I fail i'll just get back up.

I am so sorry that it took to long to blog.Yesterday I could not blog because how I had to clean up my room and also go attend a funeral which is what I am doing again today tonight.

So today I am making a blog comment about her work on reflection about Warriors vs Titans Game that she attended to.
I really enjoy reading Leilani reflection about this game because how I got to see:

I think maybe Leilani could work on putting down some images for evidence of some pictures from the game to have the readers see some amazing photos of where they had been sitting and also some amazing cool photos with the teams playing but if she did not have any pictures that she could add some pictures from google to her description on her blog.

This is Laura and Charlie.

With home group 1 and 2 separated.Home group 2 is doing a task which was to find a article about our community that we lived in.I have wrote down something about what I just learned which was about a 15,000 Km Run 4 a Cancer charity.

This article had been on the eastern courier paper which people get in their mailbox.

Happy Birthday Constance!

Today is a grateful day for one of my friends which is named Constance.The only reason why is because how today is her birthday and I think I want to wish her a happy blessing day with her family and friends.

Constance is a lovely caring year 8 who was also been chosen to be a student council.She is a active athletic person who loves to contribute and participate in sports events and tournaments.

Constance is as smart like a Monkey.She is also as pretty like the sky above us when it comes to sunrise.

Volleyball/Kiwi Sport Reflection!

Reflection!

Greetings and welcome back to my blog.

This morning bloth classes which was home group 1 and 2 had kiwisport.We bloth split up and what happened was home group 1 went to kiwi sport while home group 2 went to Volleyball with Ms Komor.

Today I have made a reflection about bloth things happening.There had been 6 questions ask and some of them were about Volleyball and some of them were about kiwisport lesson with Peter.

Volleyball/KiwiSport

1. How do you feel about Kiwisport this week? Why?

I felt excited and happy to be learning more and to
also be challenging others in tennis.

2. What parts of it did you like? Why?

I liked the part when we had to challenge our self
with other people.I also liked the part when I got
to learn how to bat more softly so I can get a point.

3. What parts of it do you need to work on?

I think I need to improve on batting softly to get
more points and to also make sure that I am doing
my position properly.

4. What did you learn about Volleyball
   
   

this week?

I learnt that in Volleyball we had to control the ball
and when you are standing in the left side then your left
leg has to be out then it does the same to the right.

5. Name at least 2 things that you need to improve
   
   

on in Volleyball?

I think in volleyball I need to improve more on my
passing so it can make three then over.

6. What would you like to do

more of in our Volleyball lessons?

I would like to VS more in Volleyball to see what I need to improve on in Volleyball and to also see how I can improve on my teamwork skills with others.

I really enjoy this weeks lesson for kiwisport because how I got to chanllenge myself with the other boys and also learn how I could improve better on.

I really enjoy Volleyball because how I got to learn different types of moves that could help you in Volleyball just like the pump move.

What I find chanllenging in Kiwisport is mostly batting a lot to my parnter so this week I might be able to practice more on my batting.

What I find chanllenging in Volleyball is passing the ball right but I think I could improve on by practicing at home.

I could improve on this by practicing more thought out the week.

Kia Manawanui Talent Show!

Kia Manawanui-Talent Show!

Greetings and welcome.

In week 10 the year 7 and 8's will be hosting a talent show with creative dances,songs,rap,singing and other.It will be held in the Tamaki School Hall where each of you guys get to see Kia Manawanui students perform.The cost to entry will be 3:00 for each and for the students that are performing are free.There will be cake stalls,hangi's and other foods like that,that you could order just come to the official and pre-order it will your entry cost.

It will be on Thursday the 5th of April which will be in WEEK 10!.

I think everyone will enjoy the talent show as I will because how it will let everyone know that students from the Kia Manawanui Syndicate have a growth mindset to try their best and to also help for our camp fundraiser.

Technolog Reflection!

Technology Reflection!

Greetings and welcome back to my blog.

This morning for our morning block the year 7 and 8's had their technology session with their three teachers which was:

-Mr Ferguson(Graphics)

-Ms Tuipulotu(Cooking)

-Mr Grundy(Hard Materials)

I am in the group of Mr Grundy and we are making silhouette and this year I have made a silhouette to my brother.I think it should go to my brother because how he has been a happy loven brother who shows his manners,be's nice and also is very thankful to have me as his big sister.

I really enjoy this weeks technology because how I got to be on this sandpaper which makes it soft then move it over to another sandpaper which makes it shiny and kind of makes it see your reflection throw it.

I am so happy for this term because how making this thing for the frist time makes me scared at first but throughout the week I have improved in learning how to do this more better then I did before.

Something that challenges me in technology is sometimes sandpapering because how sometimes I am not kind of sure if I am done or not that is why I have Mr Grundy.
