Fitness!

Today room 9 and room 10 had another session with fitness today.We had our regular fitness which was running,jogging or walking around the bike track once.Then we got into our three groups and went to each teacher was was Ms Komor(Planks and high knees),Ms Kyla(squats and step ups) and Kelly with relays and some push ups against the wall.I had really enjoyed having fitness because how I got to see how fit I was that yesterday.What I found challenging was keeping up with people since people were all so fast and speeding.My next steps will be trying to jog then run instead of just running.
