Fitness!

Here today room 9 and 10 have just finished having our fitness.For fitness we did our regular fitness which was running a lap around the the bike track.Then we get into our groups and go with the three teachers which was Ms Komor doing crab walk and plank hold and Miss Kyla doing squats and push ups and Kelly doing bear walks and running.It was so cool because how today I did not get to stop and take a rest I had just kept on going.I really enjoyed fitness because how I went hard.
