Self-Defence Reflection!

Self-Defence Reflection!
Greetings and welcome back to my blog.
Today is Wednesday and this week we had another lesson on self defence with our teacher Julie.Sadly this had to be the last lesson and session for the week which means no more self defence lessons anymore with Julie.I really learnt a lot doing the self defence lesson because how if I was in a
problem where someone was trying to kidnap me then I will have some moves to protect myself to be safe.
For our reflection we had given a presentation that had questions that we had to answer which was:
  1. What were some things that I learned about myself during this lesson?

  2. How can I better support and encourage my classmates next time?

  3. What strengths did I show during this lesson?

  4. What is one area that I would like to improve?

  5. What is one feedback and feedforward you could give to yourself about today’s lesson?

  6. What is one feedback and feedforward you could give to one of your peers about today’s lesson?
I really enjoy doing this last lesson with the girls because how I had fun and also a lot of laughs even tho I was not supposed to.
Something I still need to improve on is my screaming skills that I think I will improve on.
-Enjoy Reading my reflection.
Feel Free to take a look but don't forget to COMMENT below!.
  1. What were some things that I learned about myself during this lesson?
I learnt that I can be a brave girl who can fight back when I am in a problem by myself.
  1. How can I better support and encourage my classmates next time?
Show them more about what they need to improve on.
  1. What strengths did I show during this lesson?
I showed that I can be confident with my moves.
  1. What is one area that I would like to improve?
I would still need to improve on my screaming stills but if I practice and practice then I will be better.
  1. What is one feedback and feedforward you could give to yourself about today’s lesson?
Maybe to try my best even tho I fail and that I did awesome in the self defence moves with my partner.
  1. What is one feedback and feedforward you could give to one of your peers about today’s lesson?
Akih-Great job on doing the self defence moves but be more confidence when your doing them.
